Hello my friends, This song, Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, was suggested by my lovely teacher, Carmel. The song has no chorus, instead consisting of several sections a hard rock section, a ballad ending with a guitar solo. As soon as it was released, it became a commercial success, and by the end of January 1976, it had sold over a million copies.

Hello my friends! I’m Jack, as you may well know and today I will be telling you about my all time favourite band, The Beatles. Now, before we start, This is the first review about music. As some of you may know, this blog used to only be reviewing app games. Now I decided to start reviewing music, artists, bands etc. Music, I love. I have been playing Piano since I was 3 and have started to learn the flute. (terrible at it) My attempt there was not to brag. 😀 Anyway, let’s start.
The Beatles were a group of 4 artists who wrote songs and played them in front of an audience. They were absolutely amazing and phenomenal. The 4 artists in The Beatles are here: John Lennon, my favourite artist of all time. John Lennon was one of the two song writers and lead singers for The Beatles (John Lennon and Paul McCartney.) Later on he get’s shot in the head by a complete Idiot. Paul McCartney is, like I said, a lead singer and song writer. George Harrison was a lead guitarist for The Beatles. He loved to write songs but John and Paul did the majority of it.When The Beatles broke up, George released a whole lot of his own written songs and was very successful with it.
The Beatles were so famous, fans invented a little thing called “beatlemania,” to say, WE LOVE YOU!! Although, yes, All bands must come to a close. The Beatles decided they had enough, wanted to relax and chose to go there separate ways. John still made some songs including Imagine, which was well remembered before he got shot and died in 1980. George died of Lung cancer, Paul created a band called wings, Ringo went on and started making successful hits.
If I were to show you all the songs they did, it would take up my whole blog page. I recommend you go to this website: Songs The Beatles Wrote And Sang. It has all the songs they wrote, who wrote them, lead voices etc.

Now, I’m guessing you know Angry Birds, Correct? One of the most common app game ever. If you don’t somehow know Angry Birds, Just wait until I review it. Anyway, Bad Piggies is a game the complete opposite of Angry Birds where you are the Pigs and you need to build carts that can zoom, fly, and glide. The aim is to build a cart with the parts you start off with and put your pig inside the cart with lots of other contraptions (engines, TNT, etc.) and start going!
To complete the level you need to get your cart from the starting line to the finish line. There are a bunch of chapters which hold cut scenes (which everyone likes, :D) and a certain amount of levels inside.
As well as your normal 1×1 pig, in some levels you have to get the king pig’ across as well. The ‘king pig’ is a very fat one and takes up more space inside your vehicle. the ‘king pig’ is very tricky because he is compulsory to bringing him with you. He’s a very fat pig…
There is a certain chapter called sandbox where you have to complete the last levels to unlock a level for sandbox. Also, the last bunch of levels at the end of a chapter will unlock cart parts for sandbox levels so you can play around will more parts and cart designs. For sandbox levels you can just muck around or try to collect the boxes spread around the map.

UltraViolet Dawn is a game where you rule not the skies, but the galaxies. Yes, UltraViolet Dawn is a game where you start off with a yellow and white ship (The Lightning Falcon) and go around shooting pirates (or Police and/or the Military depending on what kind of person you want to be. The main menu before you start has six options. New game, Load game, High scores, Instructions, Settings and “Poke the developer” where you say angry, or happy, telling the man who made this game if you like it or not. When you start a game, press New game. When you come back again sometime press Load game to go back to the game you did earlier. I’m sure you know that kind of stuff.
When you start you have pretty basic weapons. Good old Lasers. One way, 10gw lasers. When you destroy other ships and buy and sell stuff, and earn quite a bit of money, you have the chance to buy pretty devastating weapons or ships. RIght now if i’m not correct, The “SuperPhantom” is the best ship there is.
UltraViolet Dawn is also available on the computer for 3$ more, ($4:99) But that’s not why your here, correct? The app game of UltraViolet Dawn is $1:99.
Even though it’s just really buying and selling, not trading materials, only money, It’s called materials. When you destroy a ship, they will most likely drop some cargo for you to sell for money. You can also buy cargo and then sell it somewhere else and hope to get a profit.
If you keep destroying Police and Military ships, You will become a petty crook. Every so often a police ship will come and try to kill you. If you keep this up, Destroying ships, You will become “most wanted” and your game will be basically stuffed. Every single police ship will be against it and you cannot undo Most Wanted.
There is a map where you have to choose your destination where you want to go. If you press details on that galaxy. It says what government it is and how much illegal goods which makes you more and more evil, when you sell them, and the percentage of what kind of materials there are. (how often you will get them)
One thing with UltraViolet Dawn is that it’s not stop, non-ending shooting game. Which can get a bit boring. Repeating it over and over again. Also, I would like it so you maybe could have a fine so you are not stuffed with most wanted FOREVER! You finally get that ship you wanted and EVERY POLICE SHIP IS AFTER YOU!!!
Overall I believe UltraViolet Dawn is a pretty good game. Although I wish the developer could add some better things to it. (Poke the developer :)) Great game!

EDIT: Okay, This game is actually really bad. Yeah, Sorry!
One, IT NEVER ENDS! YOU JUST KEEP GOING EXPECTING TO FIND SOMETHING, BUT, YOUR JUST DOING LAME HARD MISSIONS, BUT NO! Phew, Gotten that out of the way.
Two, It just has a very lame, I gotta delete this game sort of feeling. The upgrades are so lame, and don’t mean much when you get them.
Alright, I really don’t like this game. I’d feel better if this was free. I don’t like this!

Cut the rope is an app game where you have to cut ropes, (like in the title) pop bubbles, blow bubbles and feed candy to Nom Nom the star of the game. Nom Nom is an incredibly cute little monster who is to be fed candy. The aim of the game is to get that little lollypop on a rope to Nom Nom by cutting ropes, etc. There are “boxes” of levels which are coloured different. You try to get to the last level by feeding Nom Nom. Seems a bit weird doesn’t it? hmm. Cut The Rope is really addictive due to the fact that You just don’t want to put it down!!! “just…one more…. level!!!” = 20 minutes later – still playing cut the rope. Since this game is just cut the rope, blow bubble, pop bubble, this review will be shorter than the previous reviews I have done. This game is a little repetitive i have to admit. But what else could you add? This is Cut The Rope. Overall a very good game to play, get it now guys!

Imagine your behind a wall, with C4 ready to take a really cool jetpack. that’s what you do here. Jetpack Joyride is a game where you steal a Jetpack, which literally has a machine gun under it (Defy’s physics) which lifts you up. It’s one of those games where you try again and again with no end, getting achievements and buying extra accessories etc. It’s a bit like temple run.
There are scientists on the floor you may take out with your Jetpack, killing them does absolutely nothing. Like most games, you may use real money to buy in-game coins, but on my opinion, doing that in games, well, just seems like a waste to me.
There are gadgets you may buy such as flash, the robot dog who helps collect coins for you, Flying pig, which is a golden pig with angel wings who appears randomly who poops coins 😀 when you touch him he explodes into heaps of coins for you. There is also the gravity belt which pulls you down to the ground when not using your jetpack to rise, and much more.
Different jetpacks to buy are available but do absolutely nothing but make it look better. In random places a little rainbow boxes with cogs in it appears with makes you either ride Mr. Cuddles, the dragon who is not recommended to cuddle, Profit bird, the money pooping red and yellow bird, Little Stomper, who is like a little electronic creature who can hover down slowly, and stomp on evil scientists below. Crazy Freaking Teleporter is.. just a crazy freaking teleporter! Bad Ass Hog, which puts you in a motorbike and equips you with a shotgun, and Gravity suit, makes you able to flip gravity! (There is a game called gravity guy)
There is a couple of bad things here. The cost of some things are, INSANE! Also The game feels repetitive, and the some achievements are so hard!
So if you dream of blowing up a wall again and again and flying up and down, up and down using a machine gun jetpack, this game is for you! So that is Jetpack Joyride, truly, is a jetpacking, game full of joyriding!

Now, First, this is Minecraft. The many copies sold for this game is… Phenomenal! Created by Markus Persson, also known as Notch, Minecraft is a game where your only limit, is your imagination. Except this, is Minecraft Pocket Edition…. Now, i might be too harsh on this, so let me just say, that job well done because it truly is hard to make Minecraft as an app. Instead of clicking, for Minecraft is a PC and MAC game, you tap, to either create, or delete blocks. Holding down your finger on the block will delete it, and simply tapping on the screen will place the block which is in your “hand.”
The blocks of Minecraft Pocket Edition is (now luckily for me this is not full minecraft cause than there would be HEAPS of blocks!) okay, here they are:
Sword, Shovel, Pickaxe, Axe, Wooden Planks, Cobblestone, Sandstone, Dirt, Brick, Stone, Torches, Ladders, yellow Flowers, various shades and colours of Wool, Glass, Leaves, Cobblestone and Wooden Stairs, stone Slabs, Wood, Gold Block, Iron Block, Diamond Block, Sugar Cane, Cyan Flowers, Mushrooms, TNT, and Obsidian. Blocks that exist but are basically for show, for you can’t pick them up: (for some weird reason) are Ice, Snow, Lava, Water, Coal Ore, Iron Ore, Gold Ore, Diamond Ore, Redstone, Lapis Lazuli, Grass, Clay, Other types of Wood, Bedrock, Cactus and Gravel.
In this game the maximum amount of blocks you are able to keep in your hot bar is three. In Minecraft Pocket edition Lite, the free version, the amount of blocks is reduced such as you can’t obtain a sword, you can’t mine ores, can’t craft anything, and so on. There is also a mode called Multiplayer mode where you can play with friends. You have to create a group, then get your friend next to you to join, then, BAM, you can see eachother in multiplayer mode, Pretty nifty, eh?

Tiny Tower, the floor builder, shop stocking and profit making app game. the aim of this game is to create as much floors as possible and to make the best tower ever! You start off with with the first floor, the lobby, and a residential floor (which you have to build in the tutorial) The lobby is floor one and can store V.I.P.s. On floor two you also start with a residential floor.
Residential floors store the people of the game, “bitizens.” Bitizens are your employees of the game which you can hire into your other floors. Bitizens hold different personalities which is randomly shuffled. The higher the number of the personality, the more your bitizens will like their job they also come with different clothes, facial hair and accessories. You are able to dress up your bitizens.
From then on you have to build your floors, the cost growing bigger and bigger each floor. When you build your third floor you have a choice of a type of floor. You can choose a specific floor but that costs quite a bit of tower bux, which is the premium money of the game. The choices of types of floors are: Recreation, Creative, Food, Retail, Service and what i already mentioned, residential. Now, say you choose a food floor, and one of your bitizens have a high food type number. I recommend you put that bitizen in that floor so he is happy, and makes your tower easier to handle.
Bitizens have “dream jobs” which if they get employed into that job, they get super happy and earns you a tower buck. The money for this game are normal dollars, and Tower bux. With money, you can buy new floors and items for your floor. Tower Bux, buys very good things in the game such as specific floors, Speed up stocking and floor construction, renting bitizens quickly, etc. On any buying floors, you have to stock them which takes time.
Unfortunately, like in every single game, there are bad things in it. Like i’ve already told you, stocking takes time so its not a game you can spend all day on when your sick. 😀 When you get better and better in the game, you get heaps of floors, such as say, 25. Your elevator, “Commercial lift” is quite slow so it take so long to get to the top floor. luckily, you may upgrade your lift which takes a lot of tower bux, 25, 75, etc. Also, do NOT change your time back on your settings when you are stocking something on Tiny Tower for it will say your stocking time is like 5 million days to finish! >_<
So that’s my review on Tiny Tower. I hope you like it and hope you’ll get it on your device. It’s an endless time waster!
